宵夜销售经理

1.协助店长制定宵夜营销及销售计划，并加以执行;
2.掌握马尼拉的高端餐饮宵夜营业动态，向店长提出建议，并制定促销策略；树立餐厅的高端定位形象；
3.定期出席马尼拉各大夜间娱乐场所，掌握市场规则及发展动态，与宵夜潜在客户群体（企业及个人）建立深入联系；
4.运用灵活多变的营销技巧和方式，积极开展销售活动，不断开拓新客户，增加老客户粘度；
5.每月向店长递交销售报告及下月的销售计划；

Job Description:
1.Assist the branch manager in the formulation and implementation of marketing and sales strategies for the Midnight Feast;
2.Conduct an investigation into the business trends pertaining to high-end catering and late-night feasts in Metro Manila. Provide recommendations to branch managers and devise promotional strategies in an effort to establish the restaurant's high-end positioning image.
3.Consistently attend prominent nighttime entertainment venues in Metro Manila, including but not limited to Nightclub, KTV, bar, performance center, dance hall, disco, and so forth. Acquire comprehensive knowledge of market regulations and emerging trends, and cultivate exceptional relationships with prospective late-night refreshment clientele, including corporate event organizers and individual consumers.
4.Employ adaptable marketing strategies and competencies to proactively execute sales operations, consistently acquire fresh clientele, and enhance customer loyalty;
5.Provide the store manager with monthly sales reports and the sales plan for the following month.

1.学历不限，三年以上马尼拉夜间娱乐场所工作经验，销售经验优先；
2.熟悉马尼拉夜间娱乐场所的主要高端消费人群的消费习惯；
3.有较强的学习能力，公关能力，严谨的表达能力；
4.喜欢销售，不断突破自我，勇于挑战。
5.中英文熟练的候选人优先考虑。

1.薪水范围：80,000-120,000P/ 月 +业绩奖金

3.工作时间：6p.m. to 3a.m.，每月4个休息日

Job Requirements：
1. At least three years of professional experience in nightlife venues in Manila is required; sales experience is preferred.
2. Familiar with the consumption habits of the main high-end consumer groups in Manila’s nighttime entertainment venues;
3. Possess robust aptitudes for leaning, public relations, and logic reasoning;
4. Employ enthrallment in sales, challenge yourself continuously, and venture to innovate.
5. Multilingual ability (Mandarin, English, Tagalog) is an added advantage.
