Business Development / Sales Associate is responsible for identifying prospective clients and gaining new accounts. He/she is a confident and adaptable individual that has the necessary abilities to build and maintain client relationships for the sake of the company.
Job Description:
Attending local and intenational leads from the website.
Go on a tour to meet current and potential clients.
Assist in Closing Deals and Winning New Accounts.
Make 30 – 60 calls, SMS, or emails to potential leads.
Close deals and win new accounts.
Assist in drafting service agreements.
Assist in drafting project proposals.
CELEBRATE whenever a WIN is achieved.
Minimum Qualifications:
Self-Motivated and Efficient Work Ethic
High Awareness of Deadlines and Urgent Concens
Over-and-Above Sense of Responsibility to ‘Never Drop the Ball‘ on a client call or follow-up.
Heart-warming sense of empathy in Addressing and Resolving Client Concens.
Flash-like Ability to Adapt and Lean to Analyze Business Needs in the Digital Marketing Industry.
CONFIDENCE in Communicating with Clientele and building super solid relationships with them.
Is a Team Player and has no problem being Under Authority
