Duties and Responsibilities
• Implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets • Managing the sales team by setting individual targets and meeting planned goals
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
• Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge
education • Promoting the organization and products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Can effectively communicate objectives and sales plans.
- Experience in managing a sales team, preferably in real estate / BPO / automotive /
insurance / hotel industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Amenability to Sales Activities such as Digital and Social Media Marketing, online
presentation, lead generation and networking
