Customer Service Specialist (Airbnb)
💰 Salary & Benefits: 10,000–11,000 RMB/month + Night Shift Allowance + Meal Allowance + Staff Accommodation
📅 Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, 6 days off per month, 15 days annual leave
Job Responsibilities
1.Handle customer inquiries and feedback via phone, email, online chat, and other channels;
2.Provide accurate and professional information regarding rooms and services;
3.Manage customer complaints, follow up on resolutions, and provide timely feedback;
4.Maintain customer relationships, conduct regular follow-ups, and improve customer satisfaction;
5.Organize and analyze customer service data, and prepare regular service reports;
6.Support sales, operations, and other departments with related tasks;
7.Complete other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
1.College degree or above, any major;
2.Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication and customer service skills;
3.Proficient in office software and customer service systems;
4.Patient, resilient, and capable of handling customer issues effectively;
5.Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred;
6.Able to work night shifts and adapt to a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
