1、精通PS、Spine、DragonBonesPro等动画软件;
2、能独立完成spine动效设计以及2D 骨骼动画;
3、能对2d资源进行蒙皮、骨骼绑定和输出,有一定的贴图绘制、拆分骨骼和修复贴图能力;
4、配合需求制作动画,掌握动画运动规律,具有较强的动作节奏感和想象力;
5、有良好的协作能力及语言表达能力,配合程序实现动效效果,并跟进确认最终实现效果,
6、对游戏中的动效相关资源进行适配和管理、不断优化游戏中动效表现,提高美术品质;
7、熟悉unity引擎及相关插件、能配合技术人员调试动画动效者优先;
8、熟练使用中文,有团队管理经验,可酌情降低要求,优先录取;
