职责和责任:
·通过数字广告和直接营销策略,在当地市场推广和销售 Ortigas Land 的高端项 目;
·根据买家的喜好提供准确的信息,包括项目细节和成本效益分析等;
·为现有和潜在客户提供优质的客户服务,直至售后服务;
·与现有和潜在客户建立和维护积极有利的网络和业务关系,以确保未来的销售;
·实现销售目标;
·建立和维护由现有和潜在客户组成的网络。
资格:
·沟通能力高于平均水平,能有效表达想法和信息
·具有较强的人际交往能力和优秀的谈判技巧;
·积极参与,并能建立融洽的关系。
·最好是:2-3 年工作经验
·最好有销售背景(房地产/ BPO /汽车/保险/ 有酒店工作经验者优先
·面向高度可训练的应届毕业生和转行人士
·任何四年制课程的毕业生
·*向本科生开放; 必须完成至少 72 个学术单位(根据 PRC 的规定)
·能够并愿意实施销售活动和战略,如数字和社交媒体营销,在线演示,潜在客户开发和网络
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell high-end projects of Ortigas Land in the local market through digital
advertising and direct marketing strategies;
• Provide accurate information based on buyers’ preferences, including project details
and cost-benefit analysis, amongst others;
• Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective clients, up to after-sales
service;
• Build and maintain positive and favorable networks and business relationships with
existing and potential clients to ensure future sales;
• Meet sales targets;
• Build and maintain a network of existing and potential clients.
Qualifications:
• Above-average communication skills and can express ideas and information
effectively;
• Has strong interpersonal skills and excellent negotiation skills;
• Engaging and can establish rapport.
• Preferable: 2-3 years of work experience
• Preferable: Sales background (real estate / BPO / automotive / insurance / hotel
experience is an advantage);
• Open to highly trainable fresh graduates and career shifters
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• *Open to undergraduates; Must have finished at least 72 academic units (as per PRC
Ruling)
• Able and willing to implement sales activities and strategies such as Digital and Social
Media Marketing, online presentation, lead generation, and networking
