岗位职责:
学习轮岗:参与餐厅各部门的学习轮岗计划,包括前厅、厨房、服务、营销等,全面了解餐厅运营。
操作实践:在学习轮岗中积极参与餐厅的实际操作,掌握每个部门的操作流程和技能。
学习培训:参加餐厅管理相关的培训课程,提升管理知识和技能。
负责岗位:根据轮岗计划,担任不同岗位的临时负责人,管理日常运营和团队。
团队协作:与各部门团队紧密合作,协调餐厅运营,解决问题和挑战。
客户服务:学习并提供优质的客户服务,了解顾客需求和反馈。
营销推广:参与制定和推动餐厅的营销策略和促销活动。
成本控制:在轮岗中关注成本管理,学习控制和预算管理。
员工管理:学习团队管理技巧,与团队合作实现高效运营。
餐厅卫生与安全:遵循食品安全法规,确保餐厅设施和设备的卫生与安全。
数据分析与报告:学习如何分析餐厅数据,提供运营报告和改进建议。
总部协调:与总部团队合作,共同实施餐厅的策略和目标。
职位要求:
1.不限性别,不限国籍。
2.五年以上相关岗位工作经验。
3.可以适应出差,不定时加班,以及调换不同工作地点。
4.中文,英文流利。中英文作为主要工作语言
5.有大型连锁酒店,五星级酒店,豪华邮轮,豪华酒楼等同档次场所工作经验的应聘者优先。
福利待遇:
1.工资待遇:6万-10万,+绩效奖金

Job Responsibilities:
-Participate in the job shifting scheme for all departments of the restaurant, including the front desk, kitchen, service, marketing, etc., thus gain a comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations.
-Active participation in the practical operation of a restaurant, mastering the operational processes and skills of each department.
-Attend all training courses related to restaurant management, enhancing management knowledge and skills.
Altenatively act as a temporary team leader for each team of the daily operations
-work closely with all teams to coordinate restaurant operation, solving problems and challenges.
-lean to provide exceptional level of customer service by in-depth understanding of customer needs and feedback.
-engage in developing and promoting marketing strategies and promotional activities in the restaurant.
-focus on cost management, leaning control and budget management in tunover.
-leaning team management skills, working with teams to achieve efficient operation and cohesion.
-comply with food safety regulations, ensuring security of restaurant facilities and sanitation equipment.
-Lean how to analyze restaurant data, provide operational reports and recommend improvement plans.
-Strong coordination with headquarter teams to support the implementation of restaurant’s strategies and objectives.
Job Requirements:
1.Five years relevant working experience required.
2.Open to traveling, overtime when required
3.Fluent English and Mandarin speaking.
5.Candidates with prior experience in large chain hotels, five-star hotels, luxury cruise ships, upscale restaurants, and similar establishments will be added advantage.
Benefits:
1.Salary Range:60,000 to 100,000,+performance bonus
